The non-academic administration is located in the Mensa (cafeteria) building. It comprises the central reception, cashier’s office and accounts department on the ground floor, the main administration office and the marketing and PR department on the first floor, and the management office for technical services on the second floor.

Main administration office (Kanzlei)
The business manager (Kanzler) of the Friedensau Adventist University is the person responsible for all non-academic areas such as budgeting and budget control, HR administration, and campus development. He is in charge of technical services, the kitchen, the halls of residence and the guesthouse. The accounting department and the central reception of the university are directly attached to the administration office.
For students, the business manager is the contact for student finance, scholarships and contractual matters.
The administration office is on the first floor of the Mensa (cafeteria) building.
