The Dean’s Office is the point of contact for students in all aspects of academic life in the School of Theology, for example for advice on the route of study, enrollment for courses, and certificates of all kinds. The Secretary of the Dean of Theology is responsible for the organization of the faculty of the School of Theology.
Further main tasks of the staff at the Dean’s Office are the schedule planning, both prior and during the semester, the contact and help desk function for guest lectures and fellows.
The Dean’s Office is also the office of the School Executive Committee.
The Examinations Office is the central management office where all performances and courses registrations are administrated and applications from students like registration for the BA/MA thesis or course repetition are managed but also applications for vacation term, maternity leave, sickness leave or prolongation of study time.
Next to writing out certifications and grade transcripts, the issuing of Certificates and Diplomas as well as immatriculation of university entrants and exmatriculation of graduates is a central constituent of the Examination Office’s tasks.
The Examinations Office is also the office of the Examination Committee.
