They organise and manage the study programmes assigned to them and are headed by a dean who is responsible for research, teaching and studies. A particular strength of the faculty lies in the direct exchange between teachers and students, which creates an uncomplicated and personal atmosphere. Students are not only supported academically, but also in their spiritual and personal development.
