Students are not automatically re-enrolled for the following semester. Instead, you are required to complete the re-registration process yourself within the designated period.<\/p>\n<p>Re-registration is completed via an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thh-friedensau.de\/en\/study-info\/student-portal\/student-re-registration\/\">online form<\/a>. The relevant password will be provided in good time or can be obtained from the Admissions Office.<\/p>\n<p>The following re-registration periods apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winter Semester: 15 July \u2013 15 August<\/li>\n<li>Summer Semester: 2 January \u2013 10 February<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>To complete your re-registration, you must fulfil the following requirements:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of the <strong>semester fee<\/strong>, including the contribution for the Deutschlandticket.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of <strong>proof of health insurance<\/strong>. Full-time students must upload a general certificate of membership (Allgemeine Mitgliedsbescheinigung) that is no more than 14 days old. This certificate can be obtained from your health insurance provider and is usually available for download through the insurer\u2019s online portal. A copy of your insurance card is not sufficient.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>balanced tuition fee account<\/strong>, or an existing payment plan that is being adhered to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must also provide your current postal address details.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the re-registration period, the Chancellor\u2019s Office will review all account balances. Only after this review has been completed will certificates of enrolment for the upcoming semester be issued and distributed or posted.<\/p>\n<p>If you miss the deadline, a late fee of EUR 30.00 will be charged in addition to the semester fee. If you fail to complete your re-registration even after receiving a reminder, you will be withdrawn from the university.<\/p>\n<p>Part-time students who do not live on campus will receive their certificates of enrolment by post at the address provided.
