Jill Blau.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike previous years when these studies were conducted abroad, the study was only possible in a regional setting due to COVID-19 precautionary protocols. However, this did not detract from the intensity and experience gained from the course. Among other things, the students collected data on the impact of COVID-19 on students in Friedensau.\u00a0 Although the survey and analysis were intended for learning purposes only, it yielded insightful results that were shared and reflected upon in a validation meeting with some of the participants of the study. Some of the issues covered in the questionnaire addressed the effects of COVID -19 on academic performance, student\u2019s assessment of effectiveness of online teaching and learning,\u00a0and\u00a0identified the most\u00a0important challenges faced by students during pandemic.
