„Feste Freunde” in Concert on October 10

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., three young musicians, the trio “Feste Freunde”, will perform at the Friedensau Chapel, An der Ihle 5, 39291 Möckern-Friedensau. Their concert will provide a musical opening to the new academic year at Friedensau Adventist University. Admission is free, with donations gratefully accepted.

Mirjam Tuchscherer (vocals), Martin Tuchscherer (piano, keyboard), and Vinzenz Wieg (guitar, clarinet), all from Halle (Saale), bring their own distinctive approach to some of the world’s best-known songs, interpreting them from a Christian perspective and giving them new stylistic colours.

The title of the evening is “There Must Be More”, expressing the Christian conviction that there is more to life than what we see on the surface. The programme reflects a wide range of musical styles and includes interpretations of songs associated with artists and composers such as Louis Armstrong, John Lennon, Paul McCartney and Leonard Bernstein.

A warm welcome awaits music lovers from near and far! (Text: Andrea Cramer | Translation: KI)
