On November, 8, 2022, a new course "Training for Small Group Leaders" of the Arthur Daniells Institute for Missiology (ADIMIS) began at the Friedensau Adventist University (FAU). Szilvia Szabó, project leader, reported that the 200 participants in the current course are pastors and church members aged 20 to 75. The participants come not only from Germany but also from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Italy, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic. Michael Bistrovic, MTS student in Friedensau, supports the group leaders and helps them prepare for the training. The country coordinators translate and take care of their participants. Dr László Szabó, the ADIMIS leader, conveys the content and gives insights into different topics of group life. This international training is a significant cooperation of different European countries, which is cross-divisional (EUD and TED). What content did the first two topics of the course convey?

Topic 1: Belonging – personal need and biblical background
Topic 2 Community – responsible partnership
In the past months, basic and advanced courses have already been running; registration for courses is free of charge and possible at any time via email: .
