Complaints Office
Friedensau Adventist University promotes equal treatment and is committed to ensuring that all its members and affiliates can live together on campus as equals. We value respectful and appreciative interaction and actively oppose all forms of discrimination.
The Complaints Office was established to provide information and counseling and to serve as a point of contact for those affected who wish to file a complaint. A formal complaints procedure ensures that incidents of discrimination are investigated and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent their recurrence.
