Post Office

There is a post office at the library entrance where you can buy stamps and send everything from letters to packages.  

Note: If you receive a package from overseas, please tell the sender to mark it “no commercial value” (if such is the case. Used clothing, for example, fits in this category). Otherwise, your package may be held in customs and you will have to pick it up in Magdeburg. Warning: Do not have medication sent!

Café store (Ladencafé)

A small shop / Café called the Ladencafé is located in the village square next to the mill. Here you can have break- fast in style; find everyday groceries, freshly baked goods, and homemade cakes/pies. New for FAU students: Chill & Study Lounge in the attic; extra discounts.
