On Saturday, September 18, 2021, the missionary congress "Ki a sótartóból" ("Out of the Salt Shaker") was held in Debrecen (in the eastern part of Hungary). About 500 people participated in the congress. It was organized by the Tisza Conference, one of the two associations belonging to the Hungarian Federation. During the congress, a ceremonial certificate presentation took place. 46 graduates of the small group leader training were able to receive their certificates. The small group training was conducted by the ADIMIS Institute of Friedensau Adventist University for the first time since August 2020 (until June 2021). It includes a 10-month theological continuing education for lay people, a kind of "congregational distance learning".
