Details:

The media scout project received three social awards and prize money totaling EUR 12,000.

Sociopolitical relevance of the media scout:

The Heidelberg-Winnenden Media Scout has been involved in shaping German-language media scout work (media peer education) scientifically since 2007 and practically since 2009. The foundations of the Heidelberg dissertation (Godina 2007) are seen as pioneering work in media peer-to-peer education (cf. Britz 2018).
In the Swiss research report of the national programme: Youth and Media (2012), the media scout project is promoted under our name: ‘School-meets-media’ along with other German peer-to-peer projects.
In 2013, the media scout was included as a member of the ‘Roter Faden’ prevention project as part of the "stark.stärker. WIR" (strong.stronger.WE) of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport in Baden-Württemberg.
Media scout training has been carried out in numerous schools nationwide.
In the meantime, thanks to our initiative, a profile subject called ‘Kimko’ https://kimkobloggt.wordpress.com has been tested for several years at the largest grammar school in Baden-Württemberg with the permission of the Ministry of Culture.

Relevanz oft the Internet Health cooperation project with Professor Dr. mult. R. Grossarth-Maticek (www.krebs-chancen.de)

The Heidelberg Prospective Intervention Study (Grossarth-Maticek) is a unique and groundbreaking health study and pioneering work in medical interaction research.
Since Grossarth-Maticek has been subjected to massive and even criminal attacks over the last 25 years (despite several court hearings in Germany that rehabilitated Grossarth-Maticek and proved him right), I decided to work with him to create a special website about his research attacks, which highlights the importance of research, autonomy training, and the background, especially for cancer patients and people seeking help.
