Prof. Pöhler spoke about ways of looking at the Gospel

On August, 27, 2022, Prof. Rolf J. Pöhler spoke at an international Zoom event. The topic was: "Revisiting the Gospel: A Plea for Exegetical and Theological Discernment".  In his presentation, Pöhler referred to The Time Has Come, a study booklet on the Bible prepared under his editorial direction, which is concerned with a contemporary view of the "Gospel". Among the 130 participants was the former President of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Dr Jan Paulsen (Norway), as well as the long-time supporter of Friedensau Adventist University, conductor Herbert Blomstedt (Switzerland). The presentation in front of 130 participants was followed by a lively debate. It was the fourth time that Prof. Pöhler had been invited to speak at this weekly forum.
